A Year in Review: 2022

As another year draws to a close, each organization is left to look back on some of the notable wins and losses of the previous four quarters.

As with every company, Peopletrail experiences its fair share of hurdles. However, it’s encouraging to look back on the road we have traveled and to see how far we have come.

We want to share with you some of our big wins from 2022.

1. New Director of Operations 

Peopletrail’s executive team welcomed a new Director of Operations, Skyler Street, to assist in driving continual improvement and upholding our reputation of customer care excellence.

We have benefited tremendously from his leadership as he has embraced our company values and our mission to help organizations build a dependable workforce. 

2. Branding Changes

We have been conducting business under the Peopletrail name since 2005.

A number of our current employees and clients have accompanied us on the journey of building upon that name. We truly believe that people come first and are the primary catalyst for success within any organization. We wanted to re-establish our brand to reflect this belief. 

Re-calibrated in January of 2022, Peopletrail’s new look and feel is one that will move forward with us into the future.

3. 12 Years of PBSA Accreditation

In 2010 Peopletrail received its first notice of accreditation with the then NAPBS (National Association of Professional Background Screeners).

This has been a standard for us ever since, representing our dedication to compliance and commitment to screening excellence.

4. More Integrations Finalized

As a company that strives to stay at the forefront of technological innovation, we have added a number of system integrations to our list this past year.

Perhaps the most notable is our partnership with UKG– one of the up-and-coming titans of the workforce management space.

5. 7th Consecutive Year on HRO Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings List

Being recognized for customer satisfaction is among the most valuable credits we can receive.

We are pleased to be consistently recognized as one of the best in this area, placing in the top 5 of the 2022 HRO Baker’s dozen list– the 7th consecutive year on the list.

6. More Valuable Partnerships

When reflecting back on our “wins” of 2022, new partnerships top the list.

Our customers and partners are very valuable to us, and we are happy to have welcomed a number of new people and organizations to the Peopletrail team this past year.

We are very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with our partners and give a heartfelt thank you to each and every one. We owe our continued growth to you.
