Peopletrail Recognized for Customer Satisfaction 9 Years Running

In November 2024, Peopletrail appeared on the HRO Baker’s Dozen list of top HR service providers for the 9th consecutive year.

HRO Today‘s Baker’s Dozen annually ranks the industry’s best based on customer satisfaction surveys in several categories. Here is how Peopletrail faired this year:

  • Overall Enterprise Pre-Employment Screening Leaders: 3rd Overall
  • Enterprise Breadth of Service Leaders: 7th Place 
  • Enterprise Size of Deals Leaders: 7th Place
  • Enterprise Quality of Service Leaders: 2nd Place

We are pleased to have ranked third overall pre-employment screening category among other providers nationwide.
