Peopletrail Recognized for Customer Satisfaction 10 Years Running

Leading in customer care asset

In November 2025, Peopletrail made its 10th consecutive appearance on the HRO Baker’s Dozen list of top Screening Providers.

HRO Today‘s Baker’s Dozen annually ranks the industry’s best based on customer satisfaction surveys in several categories. Here is how Peopletrail fared this year:

Overall Midsize Program Leaders: 1st Overall
Midsize Program Breadth of Services Leaders: 4th Place
Midsize Program Quality of Service Leaders: 1st Place
Midsize Program Size of Deals Leaders: 2nd Place

Needless to say, we are pleased to top any customer satisfaction list and hope this reflects our company’s commitment to never trade customer care for growth ambitions.

The Peopletrail executive team says the following regarding our current and future vision:

Customer care is at the heart of Peopletrail. It’s what drives our culture and has set us on our current trajectory. It is what has differentiated us from many of our competitors and what we will continue to invest in in the future. Undoubtedly, we focus heavily on compliance, time-service, technology, and accuracy, but becoming an extension of our client’s process and being accessible is of high priority. We truly care about our clients and their candidates. We care about our role in helping them build a dependable workforce. These are things we as a company sincerely care about. As with any company, there may be growing pains every so often, fires may arise, and we may become short-staffed or strained, at times. However, our goals are always client-oriented, and we will continue to move toward greater heights of customer care.

Moving forward into 2026, innovations and improvements are on the horizon. However, Peopletrail will continue to strive to offer competent, responsive, and dependable service as growth continues and the screening landscape evolves. We are grateful for our many valued partners and are looking forward to another great year ahead.
